Despite their heavy-duty construction, each barricade is lightweight enough for two people to easily handle without the need for special equipment or tools. For faster setup, each banded stack should be offloaded using a forklift, and the pallets can hold up to 25 barricades for efficient transport and storage.
Our innovative hook & loop design ensures that the barricades can be securely connected, providing enhanced stability. Once locked together, the barricades can only be unlocked from the ends, ensuring a safer and more stable configuration.
We offer a choice of two base systems to accommodate various ground conditions, making them suitable for use on grass, gravel, and even uneven terrain like small hills or slopes.
Up to 25 barricades can be stacked vertically in a pallet-size bundle and banded for easy transport. The compact stacking design allows for additional bundles to be stacked, optimizing both storage and transport space.

Determine the locations and angles of the pipe to be bent according to the design requirements. Use a pipe bending machine to bend the steel pipe to the desired shape, ensuring accurate bend angles and no cracks.

Cleaning and roughening the surface by spraying high-speed abrasive particles. It can remove impurities such as rust, oil, and scale.
The phosphating film itself has a certain anti-corrosion ability and can provide excellent adhesion of paint, powder coating or other organic coatings.
