For vehicle access, we offer models measuring 6.9’×4.9′. To enhance durability, Sinotop Fence employs fully hand-welded joints and offers optional wire diameters of 0.16″ or 0.24″, with mesh openings available from 2″×4″ to 2.95″×6″.

We exclusively use galvanized pipes and galvanized wire that meet industry standards. We control the material size tolerance within ±0.5 millimeters, ensuring there are no cracks, oxidation, or burrs.
We cut galvanized pipes to the lengths specified in the design drawings using automated CNC cutting equipment. We maintain a strict cutting length tolerance of ±1mm. Additionally, we automatically deburr the cut ends to eliminate safety hazards for subsequent processing.
We utilize high-precision hydraulic presses to flatten both ends of the cut pipes. We control the flatness tolerance within 0.2mm, ensuring a tight, gap-free fit with on-site connecting components to meet assembly accuracy requirements.
Firstly, the galvanized steel wire is straightened by a straightening equipment to control the straightness error within 1 millimeter per meter, eliminating the bending deformation. Then, the grid panel is formed by using an automatic CNC resistance welding equipment at one time. The size tolerance of the grid panel is within ±2 millimeters.
The pre-cut frame components are positioned by custom fixtures. All joints are welded manually in accordance with the welding specifications to ensure that the frame has sufficient strength to resist long-term external impacts.
All surface welding slag and impurities are removed through sandblasting to meet the cleaning standards. The damaged zinc layer at the welding position will be repaired with a special zinc filler, with the repair coating thickness reaching ≥35 micrometers to ensure the overall product has consistent anti-corrosion performance.
For products that require powder coating or additional anti-corrosion protection, we apply zinc-rich epoxy primer through an automated airless spraying method, with the dry film thickness controlled within 60-80 micrometers, meeting the requirements of zinc-rich primer in industry standards, to further enhance corrosion resistance and improve the adhesion of the topcoat.
All finished products must undergo inspection. The full-size deviation should be within ±3 millimeters, and the verticality error should be ≤ 2 millimeters per meter. There should be no welding defects, coating missing or deformation. After the salt spray test, there should be no rust or coating detachment.
Packages completed in accordance with international transportation standards will be tied up with high-strength straps, and additional reinforcement will be carried out inside the container to prevent movement and thereby reduce the damage rate during long-distance transportation.
