Select high-quality steel wires that meet the requirements of strength, toughness, and corrosion resistance, such as galvanized steel wires. Conduct strict quality inspections on the diameter, surface quality and coating thickness of the steel wires to ensure the excellent performance of the raw materials.
The rolled galvanized steel wire is processed through a high-precision automatic straightening machine, effectively eliminating its inherent bending. The straightness error is controlled within < 1 mm/m. Subsequently, it is precisely cut to the specific length using a CNC cutting device, with the cutting length tolerance typically controlled within ±1 mm.
Using CNC bending equipment, galvanized steel wires are bent into the required arcs. The bending process requires the bending machine to have extremely high precision. It is necessary to precisely control the bending angle, radius and material deformation.
Using an automatic welding equipment, the cut steel wires are placed on the feeding rack of the welding machine. The machine welds the intersections of the steel wires to form a firm welding point. The full automation ensures the consistency of the grid size and welding strength.
After the welding is completed, the edges and weld points are polished to remove burrs, oil stains, and welding slag and other impurities, preparing for the subsequent coating process.
Based on hot-dip galvanizing, a dense and robust powder coating with a thickness of approximately 80-120 micrometers is formed through precise spraying technology. This coating significantly enhances the corrosion resistance, UV resistance and mechanical strength of the fence.
Check whether the dimensions of the fence panels meet the design requirements, including length, width, height and bending angle. Confirm that the welding points are firm without any incomplete or missing welds. Check whether the coating is uniform and smooth, without bubbles, scratches or peeling.
Wrap the fence panels with plastic film or bubble wrap to prevent scratches or damages during transportation. Stack the fence panels neatly on wooden or steel pallets and secure them with packing straps for easy loading and unloading.
