Surface Sandblasting

High-speed abrasive particles are blasted to thoroughly clean and effectively roughen the product surface. It can efficiently removing all impurities such as rust, oil, and scale, providing optimal adhesion for subsequent anti-corrosion coatings.

Phosphating

Utilizing advanced phosphating technology. A highly adhesive and corrosion-resistant phosphating film is formed on the metal surface. Providing an excellent bonding base for subsequent powder coatings or other organic coatings.

Powder Coating
