High-precision CNC cutting equipment is used to cut steel pipes into the designed size, forming the basic blank of fence posts. Cutting length tolerance is strictly controlled within ±1 mm to guarantee accurate matching for subsequent installation.
This process uses compressed air to propel high-speed abrasive particles to impact the steel pipe surface, thoroughly removing residual oxide scale, rust and oil stains. It also roughens the surface to greatly improve the adhesion of the subsequent protective coating.
After blasting, workpieces go through standardized phosphating treatment, which forms a uniform and dense phosphating film on the steel surface. The phosphating film not only provides basic anti-corrosion performance, but also further optimizes surface conditions for powder coating, effectively improving the overall stability of the entire protective coating system.
Epoxy-polyester hybrid powder is evenly coated on the workpiece surface via electrostatic spraying, then cured at high temperature to form a solid protective layer, with coating thickness controlled between 60-100μm. This process endows finished fence posts with excellent rust resistance, corrosion resistance and outdoor weather resistance, extending service life significantly.
Each fence post undergoes full inspection before delivery to ensure consistent quality: Verify that wall thickness, overall dimensions and structural strength all meet design requirements. Measure powder coating thickness to confirm it meets standard. Check for coating defects such as missed spraying, peeling, blisters and unevenness
Packaging is configured according to product specification and transportation distance: the coating surface and end cuts of posts are wrapped with plastic film or protective edge materials to avoid coating scratches and collision deformation during transit; bulk products are neatly stacked and fixed on standard wooden/steel pallets or container frames, with standardized logistics management to ensure products are delivered intact.
